Great, small zoo. Some really cool animals like Bald Eagles and Alligators. Bring a lunch as there are tables outside the zoo for a picnic.
Beautiful flower garden!! The best part for me was the Otter. He was a real showman. As soon as he saw me he would run around and go play in his pool.
My son loves the little zoo and park. Plenty of things to see. Spectacular flower garden! Well maintained. Great photo shoots. A must see for the whole family.
Very nice park, all year round! There is a small zoo, sunken gardens, walking paths, and huge play grounds. They have a splash pad in the summer. At Christmas time they have an incredible light show surrounding the whole park. The park and its activities are free, but they could always use donations. They also have a tram that you can take around the park. Love Philips Park!
For me this park is a perfect place for family picnic. Very spacious and clean. Children who like to play will not be disappointed because there are lots of playground. Folks who want to stroll around and see some of the beautiful animals and birds will definitely like this place. Lots of trees, shades and benches in the picnic areas are there for the people. Also, I was amazed by the cleanliness of the surrounding. I recommend Phillips Park to everybody to enjoy.
