Meijer SUCKS!! THE $199 VIZIO THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ON SALE AT 6AM ON THURSDAY WAS ACTUALLY BEING SOLD AT 9PM THE NIGHT BEFORE (WEDNESDAY). THE SALE PAPER SAID " SALE STARTS AT 6AM THURSDAY" SO EXPLAIN TO ME WHY WHEN I GOT THERE AT 5:30AM I WAS TOLD BY A STORE CLERK THAT THEY WERE SOLD OUT AND THAT PEOPLE HAD STARTED PURCHASING THEM AT 9PM THE NIGHT BEFORE?! POOR BUSINESS SKILLS. IF YOU KNOW LIKE I DO; STICK WITH WAL-MART!! THEY COMMUNICATE BETTER.
I’ve been coming to this meijer for a few years now, always great service. But I want to point out the wonderful customer service from your butcher, Bill S.! Bill is always so very friendly, and helps me with my selection of meat. What a great guy to have on your staff. I come back to this store specifically to get my seafood and meat, because I know he will always hook it up.
Check out at registers usually don't have long lines, but the cashiers are extremely slow. Sometimes I would be standing in line longer than the time it took me to shop. A recent trip to shop for items before Thanksgiving they were sold out of many items needed so I had to go to a different store for them. Otherwise the store always has great produce and a wide variety of products.
We shop regularly shop at this Meijer location, and for the most part have been very satisfied. We're typically able to find what we need, and the store is always clean and organized. The checkouts can be slow at times, but Meijer is still our preferred grocery store.
Found a nice cheese and meat bowl and multiple gluten free options. Plus the cashier was very polite and helpful. Made a long trip easier. Every aisle was labeled appropriately and it made it easy to navigate. I liked that it had a large open layout.
