Never want to deal with this auto loan place again. They rubs you for more money. Better keep your balance in handy because they do lies that you owe more money plus they throw an expensive car insurance with only max of $500 dectiuble. Glad we got rid of the car as trade in and got a newer car with a different loan and much lower rate at 8%, that about half off from 20% with this loan! On another note, if you paid off or trade in the car that are still on balance of loan. Keep your balance in handy!!!!! Save all your paperwork and bills that they sends u. They called said we owe $1000 more because of fees and services after it was traded in. Screw you Citizten Finance! Your will be report to BBB!
