Very awesome shop. Took my girls car in for a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, & inspection with a groupon. I placed the appointment by phone, by which the lady I spoke with was upbeat & friendly!! Upon arrival the staff were also upbeat & friendly, unfortunately I ended up being late for my appointment but they took me in right away. GREAT Customer service! The gentleman who helped me..(Cannot recall his name but will know upon my next visit.) told me it would be about 35-40 mins, and man were they right on the money! Very quick service. He even came up to me before the car was done to tell me everything checked out ok. These guys do great work. I will definitely be back to service my other vehicles! I would recommend this place to anyone needing auto repair!
Frank and the mechanics did a great job identifying the problem and communicating it to me. Went way above the call a normal lesser mechanic would have. A full service shop that can do it all. I highly recommend this place for all yer car needs.
Update: I had an issue and the owner Mike went over and beyond to make it right! He called me personally to discuss the issue. Came back to the shop and they made sure to address the issue. I left completely satisfied and happy! I have been to many places over the years and this is by far the best experience I ever had. From this point on I will be going here for all my car needs. Thank you Mike and staff!!!
