I told him I was not ready at the time and was just browsing and he continued to assist. It took me literally 6-7 months to purchase a vehicle. When I finally called him when I was ready to purchase, he treated me like we were family. I actually brought my family with me to look at the vehicle and he showed pictures of his. During severe rainy weather 10/11/17 my faithful 01 Taurus with 130k on it spun out on I355 southbound at 5:30AM. Rear tires were a bit worn so hit center wall rear end first. Car was totaled. Searched around for a replacement but got so many uneasy feelings dealing with new car dealers and their sales staff for a used car. Internet search showed cars that weren't there. Pushy sales people trying to get me into a car with 60k plus miles on it and no CarFax. I sought out Enterprise and so very happy I did. Went to Enterprise Car Sales in Aurora and met with Isaiah who was so pleasant to work with. While they don't negotiate down on price, their cars are cream of the crop. Cars with recalls, smoke odor, etc are wholesaled and not offered for sale to consumers. I got a great deal on a upscale 2016 Sonata, still under factory warranty and a very good finance plan. Buying a car from Enterprise was not as scary as I thought it would be. As a first time car buyer, I didn't know what to expect or what to do.
