They have some fun non-book items and interesting books but I must point out that it seems as though the owners aren't afraid to show their religious and political biases, and that's really annoying. Just take a look around. You'll notice it once you glance through the religious and political sections (if they're not already flaunting that in the front of the store). They should really keep their political views and religious views out of their business! They don't have a single positive book on Islam but hundreds of positive books for every other religion. It's a TERRIBLE strategy! They should learn from the Barnes & Noble in downtown Naperville.

If it weren't for it being the only bookstore in the mall, and if it weren't for all the fun books and toys they have for children, it would annoy people more than attract them.

My favorite store to get books and manga. Great costumer service and great store

THERES BOOKS A MILLION! THERES A MILLION BOOKS! WHODA THOUGHT!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE BOOKS. YES. SO MANY BOOKS.

Way over priced. Half Price Books has better peices. Wasn't allowed to exchange books my son got as a gift and didn't like, without receipt.

Staff have always been friendly and the store is normally tidy. They are pushy sometimes trying to get you to sign up for the millionaire club card. Prices can be high but they have a decent selection, toys and gifts as well.

I'm not going to buy anything from there until they fix that.
